Our journey began 15 years ago when we met a couple of chefs who are husband and wife. They are legendary Thai food preparers and were an inspiration to us. From that moment, we dreamed of opening our own restaurant.
We wanted our restaurant to include many of the traditional dishes we knew and loved such as Pad Thai, Thai Bar-B-Q Chicken, Chicken Satay, Tiger Tear Steak & Roast Duck, but would also offer a few new and unique dishes, all our own.
In 2008 we purchased the "Red Bamboo Thai Restaurant." We have grown by leaps and bounds since then and are enjoying creating our own Thai food and meeting many new customers.
Last year, in 2012, we completed the re-branding of the restaurant. The new restaurant name is now "Thai Silk Restaurant". Our Thai Chefs prepare the finest Thai cuisine enhanced by our own favorite Thai ingredients.
Our customers are continuing to enjoy great Thai cuisine and our staff are dedicated to serving you in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Our story continues ....but we would love for you to join us and look forward to introducing you to our premium Thai cuisine prepared by our talented Thai Chefs.
